Iona Green (b.1997 Portland, OR) is a visual artist living and working in Los Angeles, CA. Iona draws from scenes of everyday life, often referencing her own experience of rural culture in the small town where she grew up. Moving between stylized observation and intuitive composition and mark making, Iona draws together elements of the surreal with the everyday. 

Iona studied visual art and psychology at Bennington College, VT and completed a painting intensive at the Leith School of Art, Edinburgh, UK (2023). Her work has been exhibited at the Helms Design District, Los Angeles, CA, Mass MOCA, North Adams, MA and the Leith School of Art, Edinburgh, UK, as well as various locations in Upstate NY.
